With the start of Adams & Wilson in 2006, we continued a successful relationship with the Darden family of restaurants that dates back to 1999. We currently provide real estate consulting services for all the company' s brands in South Carolina, including Olive Garden, Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse. In addition, we have been working on plans to introduce Darden's Bahama Breeze brand to South Carolina. Our services for Darden include site selection, package preparation, initial entitlement and real estate committee approval. In short, we oversee the process until closing the transaction. We are proud to help the world's largest full-service restaurant company as it continues to expand the reach of its recognizable brands throughout the state.
